Registration Fees

Sessions: Sept- Dec (Christmas), Jan-Apr/Jun (Spring), July-Aug (Summer)

Membership Payment Schedule – Fall Session

Total Fees: $350.00

Membership Dues $160.00 – $40/month (Sept-Dec)

Uniform Fee $15.00

Fundraiser Deposit $75.00 – will be refunded providing fundraiser obligations are met

Ticket Deposit $100.00 – will be credited towards 5 adult ticket purchases

PAYMENT IS DUE SATURDAY, Sept 23, 2017

Payment can be made by: cash

cheque payable to Windsor Dance eXperience Inc.

e-transfer to treasurer@windsordanceexperience.ca or

Credit Card for an additional 2.75% charge

Payment can be made in full or on the following schedule:

Sept 23 $230, Oct 1 $40, Nov 1 $40, Dec 1 $40

Please Note:

* A $5 late fee will be charged for any late payments

* Payment must be made in full before shirts or prepaid tickets can be received

* The Fundraiser deposit is $40 for each additional dancer in a family

* Every member or their parent will be asked to sign up for a committee that they can give at least 10 hours of volunteer time
