Membership Payment Schedule – Fall Session

Total Fees: $395.00

Membership Dues $200.00 – $50/month (Sept-Dec)

Uniform Fee $20.00

Fundraiser Deposit $75.00 – will be refunded providing fundraiser obligations are met

Ticket Deposit $100.00 – will be credited towards 5 adult ticket purchases

Credit Card for an additional 2.75% charge

Payment can be made in full or on a payment schedule:

Please Note:

* A $5 late fee will be charged for any late payments

* Payment must be made in full before shirts or prepaid tickets can be received

* The Fundraiser deposit is $50 for each additional dancer in a family

* Every member or their parent will be asked to sign up for a committee that they can give at least 10 hours of volunteer time

Ages 6-12. Performance in May. Kelly Theatre

Total Fees: $415.00

Membership Dues $250.00 – $50/month (January – May)

Uniform Fee $15.00

Fundraiser Deposit $75.00 – will be refunded providing fundraiser obligations are met

Ticket Deposit $75.00 – will be credited towards 5 adult ticket purchases ($15 – Kelly Theatre)

 

 

Ages 13+. Performance in June. Pentastar Theatre

Total Fees: $440.00

Membership Dues $250.00 – $50/month (January – May)

Uniform Fee $15.00

Fundraiser Deposit $75.00 – will be refunded providing fundraiser obligations are met

Ticket Deposit $100.00 – will be credited towards 5 adult ticket purchases ($20 – Pentastar Theatre)
