WDX’s new and veteran choreographers have created a showcase featuring music from Canadian artists. Drive on in, park your cars and enjoy the show from the safety of your own vehicle as our dancers take you across Canada.
WDX created a program for eight different dancers to explore all the elements of choreography over a three-week intensive workshop. They experimented with space, time, dynamics, design and relationships. Some of them have taken the workshop several times before and some of them are rookies. Each choreographer was tasked with creating a piece, entirely their own from choosing their music (all Canadian of course!) to their dancers and their theme. Then they received an assignment from the Director where Tiffany chose their music, theme and dancers. However, the end result is an exciting show, fun for the whole family. Each night will feature a completely different line-up from these aspiring choreographers.
