Spring 2026 Membership Fees (January – June 2026)

Total Fees for ages 8 to 15: $525

Total Fees for ages 16+: $425

Fee Breakdown:

Membership dues (ages 8-15): $300 ($60.00/month January – May)

Membership dues (ages 16+): $200 ( $40.00/month January – May )

Uniform fee: $ 25.00

Refundable Fundraiser deposit: $ 75.00 (to be returned if fundraising initiatives have been met)

Ticket deposit: $125.00 (Five prepaid tickets @ $25.00 each)

Membership fees are due in full one week after roles are posted (January 23, 2026)

2) Cheque payable to Windsor Dance eXperience Inc.;
3) E-transfers to [email protected]
Memo/Message: dues + dancer’s name
4) Debit card and credit card payments. *subject to additional service charge.

Please note:
● If there is more than one dancer in your family, the fundraiser deposit is $75.00
for the first dancer and $50.00 for each additional dancer;
● If there is more than one dancer in your family, you may opt into a payment plan where your fees are split and due on January 23rd for the first dancer, February 23rd for the 2nd dancer and March 23rd for the 3rd dancer
● Members aged 18+ may opt into a monthly payment plan where your fees are split into payments of  $108 and due on the 23rd of each month from January – April.
● Every member or their parent will be asked to sign up for a committee for which
they are able to give a minimum ten hours of volunteer time;
● Payment of all dues and deposits must be up-to-date before prepaid tickets are
released
